Terms & Conditions ikfc4u – The Complete Guide for All Malaysia Members

The ikfc4u platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to request proof of your eligibility at any time.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. ikfc4u does not permit individuals who are underage to use the platform in any capacity.
• Citizen or Resident: ikfc4u services are offered to users located in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this service complies with your local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not an ikfc4u Employee: Employees, partners, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to register as members of the platform.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited.

To access the full range of ikfc4u services, you will need to register a valid account. The registration process requires accurate and up-to-date information.

• Accurate Information: You are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile number, and your accurate date of birth during registration.
• Identity Verification: ikfc4u reserves the right to request verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad, utility bill, or bank statement at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals above a certain amount.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ikfc4u will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
• Information Updates: Any changes to your personal information must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting ikfc4u customer support.
• Phone Verification: The phone number registered must be an active Malaysian number that you have full access to for two-factor verification purposes.

• Daily Limit: Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier — Bronze: RM10,000, Silver: RM30,000, Gold: RM100,000, Platinum: RM200,000.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals exceeding RM50,000 may require additional verification and can take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the member's name.
